This article provides a deeper look into the skinning process and framework functionality of the REOPS external skin management solution. This article not only provides details and hands-on walkthroughs showing how to customize the look and feel of what is available out of the box, but also shows how to extend it with additional functionality.

We're happy to announce that the code base, samples and documentation have all been updated to reflect the OSMF 1.0 release. There have been some good additions and tweaks to REOPS to accomodate the changes in the OSFM from String 9 to the current 1.0 release as well as some enhancements, such as much nicer scaling logic for the control bar skins, that we thought were needed.
Check out the updates on the Google code page: http://code.google.com/p/reops
